What we collect

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on this website:

• your name, mobile number and, if you provide them, a WhatsApp number and email address;
• the state and the city or district you are interested in;
• the brand or category you are considering and your investment budget band;
• optional details such as property status, approximate carpet area, timeline and any business experience you choose to describe;
• your preferred contact method and your consent to be contacted;
• the page you submitted the form from, purely for our own context.

The form also contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in. It exists to discard spam and is never used to identify you.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to understand which opportunities may suit your requirement, and to follow up about that enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who your enquiry may be shared with

To progress an enquiry we may need to share the details you have given us with the relevant franchisor, or with a partner or associate working on that brand’s behalf. Once your details reach a franchisor, their own privacy practices apply to what they do with them.

If you would rather we did not pass your details on, say so in your enquiry or in a follow-up message and we will keep it with us.

How the form is processed

When you submit the form, the details are sent to a webhook that forwards them into the team’s enquiry inbox or CRM, which may be operated by a third-party service. The specific service is to be confirmed and will be named here once it is fixed. To limit spam, the website also keeps a short-lived count of recent submissions against a key derived from your network address. It is held in memory only, is not stored with your enquiry and disappears on its own after a few minutes.

How long we keep it

A retention period has not been set yet, so we would rather not state one: to be confirmed. As a working principle we intend to keep enquiry details only for as long as they are useful to the enquiry you made, and to remove them when you ask us to.

Your choices

• Ask what details of yours we hold.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, at any time and without giving a reason.
• Withdraw your consent to your details being shared with a franchisor.

How to ask for deletion

No dedicated privacy email address has been set up yet, so please send the request through the contact form. Mention the reference number shown when you submitted your enquiry, if you still have it, as that makes the record easier to find. A direct contact route for privacy requests is to be confirmed.
